Our company undertakes earthworks, excavation and foundations of buildings.
The first step involves cleaning of the space and removing the surface layer of topsoil, which, if appropriate, is used to cover the sloping walls.
There follows a study, outlining the limits of the excavation and, then, are defined the boundaries of the property under construction on the plot.
After calculating the depth of excavation, depending on the type of building that we intend to build and the subsoil texture, hardness and strength, are performed the works necessary to prepare the foundation level and, finally, is placed the foundation of the building. In addition, we can also undertake post-construction earthworks, such as landscaping of the surrounding area, horticultural soil laying etc.
